Semutwinn Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the Semutwinn platform — whether via website, mobile app or any other access method — you hereby agree to be fully bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document.

This acceptance is legally binding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the semutwinn platform and must cease use immediately.

Semutwinn reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time with reasonable notice to users. Notice will be delivered via registered email or in-platform notification.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use the semutwinn platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration. semutwinn conducts age verification through the KYC process and reserves the right to close any account found to have been registered by an underage user.
• Register as an individual — not on behalf of a company, organization or any other third party.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited by any relevant regulatory body.
• Register only one account only per individual. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3Registration & KYC Verification

The registration process at semutwinn requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full name, date of birth, active email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a serious violation of these terms.

Semutwinn conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) policy and to ensure the safety of all users. Documents that may be requested during the KYC process include:

• National Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport
• Proof of address document not older than 3 months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method used for deposits or withdrawals
• A selfie with your identity document if requested by the compliance team

You agree that Semutwinn reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account's withdrawal capability until the KYC process is completed satisfactorily. This is a protective measure for you and for the integrity of the platform.

4Deposits & Payments

All deposits made to the semutwinn platform must come from a legitimate funding source that belongs to you. Depositing using a payment method registered under another person's name is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent from semutwinn has been obtained.

Applicable deposit conditions:

• Minimum deposit is RM30 for FPX and e-wallet methods.
• Deposited funds are processed instantly for FPX, Touch 'n Go and GrabPay methods.
• Semutwinn does not charge any processing fees for deposits made using supported Malaysian payment methods.
• All deposits are final and non-reversible once the transaction has been processed.
• Semutwinn reserves the right to decline or freeze deposits that show signs of suspicious activity until an investigation is complete.

5Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your semutwinn account are subject to the following conditions, which all players must understand before submitting a withdrawal request:

• The account must have completed and passed full KYC verification before the first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered under the same name as the semutwinn account.
• Any bonus received is subject to rollover requirements that must be fulfilled before the associated funds can be withdrawn.

• Each bonus carries a rollover requirement (wagering requirement) that must be fulfilled before the bonus funds or related winnings can be withdrawn.

7Game Rules

• Game outcomes generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, Semutwinn will use system records to determine a fair outcome. Decisions made by the Semutwinn technical team in such situations are final.
• The use of any third-party software, automated bots, artificial intelligence assistance systems, or other technological methods that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

• Accounts suspected of fraud, collusion or any breach of game integrity will be suspended immediately pending investigation.

8Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Semutwinn account login credentials, including your username and password. Some security guidelines we recommend:

9Responsible Gaming

Semutwinn takes its responsibility for player wellbeing seriously. Our platform provides a range of self-control tools that players can use to manage their gaming experience:

• Deposit limit — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits based on your budget.
• Loss limit — Cap the total net loss amount within your chosen period.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting semutwinn customer support. Any valid balance will be processed according to standard withdrawal procedures once the necessary review is complete.

11Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Semutwinn shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Gaming losses incurred as a result of failure to understand game rules or bonus conditions.
• Service disruptions due to notified system maintenance, technical emergencies or matters beyond Semutwinn's reasonable control (including internet outages, power failures or natural disasters).
• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's negligence in safeguarding login credentials is not the platform's liability.

Semutwinn's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

12Amendment of Terms

Semutwinn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to users at least 14 days before taking effect through one or more of the following methods:

• A clearly visible in-platform notice when users log in.
• Email to the email address registered with your Semutwinn account.

Continued use of the semutwinn platform after any amendments take effect constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before they come into effect.
